Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. Weekends and federal holidays excluded. We currently only ship within the U.S. Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Standard USPS shipping takes about 6-8 business days to deliver. Please keep in mind weather might impact delivery. USPS does provide tracking, please use the tracking number provided by them to track your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal here at Ariel & Duni is for our customers to have a great shopping experience and to love their purchase! Due to Covid-19 concerns until further notice we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges on clothing, pacifier holders, swaddles or teethers. Returns and exchanges will only be granted on Diaper bags and Stroller bags. Returns must be in original condition unworn and unused and within 30 days of delivery. Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
